Working from her home studio in Glasgow, composition/sound design clients include the BFI Flare premiering, internationally touring feature film TOPS; Jean Paul Gautier x Kae Tempest, City of London, National Archives and Theatr Clwd.
Musical direction credits include Jenny Moore: Wild Mix, premiering at South Bank Centre 2025, and Be More Mushroom, St Margaret's House 2023. Rubie has also toured extensively as a vocalist, keyboardist, guitarist and bassist, with musical projects incl. Jenny Moore's Mystic Business, Byrnes Night and her solo project Rubie.
Rubie also works as a technician, sound engineer and Qlab op across exhibitions, music and theatre, with clients including Take Me Somewhere @ Tramway, Regents Park Theatre, Talbot Rice Gallery and the V&A Museum.
